Messaging & PR

Clear, Strategic Communication with Public Purpose

We move beyond reactive, unstructured announcements to build authoritative brand narratives—converting your organization’s daily updates into polished, media-ready records.

The Narrative

Most public relations and copy editing are treated as a transactional, post-by-post task—drafting a quick announcement without looking at the larger corporate timeline.

The Haus Difference

We understand your history before we draft a headline. We ensure every press release and brand statement aligns with your long-term institutional memory and broader brand identity.

Written communication is the bedrock of corporate and civic identity. We provide a rigorous, professional writing suite designed for organizations that require both strategic clarity and editorial authority. By transforming raw internal updates and stakeholder actions into highly structured, media-ready narratives, we ensure your message does not merely occupy white space—it commands attention, secures trust, and accurately documents your milestones.

The Deliverables

AP-Style Press Releases

Converting raw organizational milestones and event updates into submission-ready media announcements.

Executive Boilerplates

Developing standardized, professional corporate profile paragraphs that lock down the baseline identity of your brand.

Messaging & Copy Editing

Polishing copy, refining internal documentation, and correcting raw notes into publication-grade literature.

Media Coordination Toolkits

Establishing clear, structured rules for attributions, quotes, and media contacts to protect public integrity.

Case Study: Horseshoe Hammond Casino Partnership

Project Scope: Media Relations, On-Site Journalism & PR Distribution

When the Hammond Hispanic Community Committee (HHCC) established a new philanthropic relationship with Horseshoe Hammond Casino, the challenge was to turn a corporate donation of $7,448 into a high-visibility, community-focused narrative. Rather than treating the contribution as a dry financial transaction, Imagehaus stepped in to manage the entire storytelling pipeline from the casino floor to regional news outlets.

Our team was on-site at Horseshoe Hammond to capture the moment, taking the official press photograph and conducting first-person interviews with Caesars Entertainment Senior VP & GM Bill Gustafson and HHCC President Deborah Treviño. We converted these raw interviews and event details into a polished, AP-style press release that emphasized employee-driven giving (such as the casino’s “jean days” collections) and a mutual commitment to local workforce development. We then distributed the package to regional media networks, securing public visibility that bridged corporate philanthropy with civic action.

Case Study: NWI No Child Hungry Golf Outing Campaign

Project Scope: Strategic PR, Brand Journalism & Local Media Distribution

When NWI No Child Hungry prepared for its 7th Annual Charity Golf Outing, the organizational challenge was elevating a local fundraising event into a high-impact regional news story. Facing a critical fundraising milestone—raising a budget of over $180,000 to expand weekly weekend food security to 1,000 students across 20 schools—the nonprofit needed to translate complex county-wide hunger statistics into an urgent, deeply personal call to action.

Imagehaus took complete ownership of the communication pipeline. We audited the organization’s regional impact data, conducted first-person interviews with founder Gretchen Mercer, and integrated raw metrics (such as the specific $5.15 weekly cost per child and the organization’s historical milestone of 55,500 distributed Buddy Bags) into a compelling, professional narrative. By balancing severe regional data with Mercer’s authentic backstory—framing her motivation with the powerful quote, “I initiated this project because I could have been a Buddy Bag kid”—we crafted an authoritative, AP-style press release designed to secure corporate sponsorships and drive immediate ticket sales.

We finalized the campaign by structuring the press release with clear sponsorship package hierarchies, setting up professional media contact guidelines, and executing strategic distribution to media outlets across Lake and Porter counties. This comprehensive approach ensured the event achieved the professional polish and public reach required to meet its ambitious community goals.
